Oldies but goodies from the summer of 2008 in Europe. I found a little entry to go along with them, written the following January in New York City (whilst suffering a lack of thick, Italian lattes, homemade gnocchi and the Renassiance):

Aunque mi manca Italia tanto, ritornando con gli amici e la famiglia a New York é stato bello. Invece di Boticelli e gli fresci religiosi, vedo molte mostre interessante di fotografia contemporanea, concerti, ecc. Le lezione, il lavoro, e la andatura veloce della città ritarda l'azione di fotografare. Sto nel mezzo del redazione delle fotografie che ho fatto quest'anno-- qui sono qualcune diapositive d'Europa dell'estate 08:

These plant pictures are named after one of Ella Frances Sanders' fantastic illustrations of words without translation. Waldeinsamkeit means the feeling of being alone in the woods in German.
